The five cross-cutting standards.

Every TWC Seal, whatever the category, rests on the same five standards. Each carries mandatory, non-offsettable requirements: excellence in one does not make up for failure in another. They are verified through evidence and an on-site visit, not self-declarations, and reviewed at every annual renewal.

Healthy Wellbeing Environment

Read description

The physical space and daily rhythms activate the structural conditions of wellbeing. It certifies that the environment —space, light, rhythms, nature, nutrition— is designed and operated to that end, verified through an on-site audit.

Aligned Purpose and Mission

Read description

The organization knows why it exists and decides from there. It certifies that it operates from an explicit founding purpose, co-built with its community, and that its strategic and commercial decisions are coherent with it.

Conscious Community

The internal culture verifiably promotes psychosocial wellbeing and preventive mental health. It certifies that the community —team, residents, students or guests— operates from collaboration, mutual care and conflict repair.

The relationship with the confederation is governed by transparency and reciprocity. It certifies that the organization is legally incorporated, governs transparently, uses the mark according to protocol and contributes to the network.

Measurement, Transparency and Continuous Improvement

Read description

Wellbeing is measured, the trajectory is documented and the data is traceable. It requires a baseline measurement with the VLI, informed consent under the GDPR and a documented positive trend as a condition of renewal.

The TWC Seal does not certify intentions: it certifies work done and measurable evidence. Every claim the seal allows you to make publicly must be backed by verifiable evidence, gathered during the audit and reviewable at annual renewal.
